On the 26th of August 2017, ADWIB hosted another one of its monthly meetings where women gathered together for a power-packed experience.
It was a wonderful time of learning, fellowship, self evaluation and strategizing.
ADWIB pressed interest on answering all business questions with sound advice; be genuinely helpful, be interested in your customer’s needs and respect your client’s opinion.
ADWIB taught how to improve the reputation of our various brands, the interest and happiness of customers, and the culture of good customer services our workers should employ.
With its highlights on the importance of cultivating relationships culture of good customer service, customer service delivery and improvement of sales through customer service, it was indeed a fun and very broad learning experience for all that were present.
