22 Ships Dock at Lagos Ports with Petrol, Frozen Fish, and Other Goods

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced the arrival of 22 vessels currently discharging petroleum products and essential goods at the Apapa, Tin Can, and Lekki Ports in Lagos.

According to the NPA’s publication, “Shipping Position,” the ships are offloading cargo that includes frozen fish, petrol, bulk sugar, buckwheat, ethanol, urea, gasoline, bulk gas, bulk wheat, and containers.

The Authority also revealed that six additional ships have arrived and are waiting to berth with bulk wheat and general cargo.

Furthermore, 17 more vessels carrying petroleum products, food items, and general goods are expected to arrive between October 29 and 31.

The NPA said the incoming vessels would berth at the Lagos Port Complex, continuing efforts to sustain the smooth flow of imports into the country.
