PHCCIMA representatives participate in Day Two of NBCC Trade Mission in London

Madam Tariboba Memberr, CEO of Now Travels and Tours, Chairperson of the Foreign Trade Mission PHCCIMA, and Vice Chair of the Trade Mission NACCIMA (Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture), and Mrs. Ivy Davies Etokakpan, Editor-in-Chief of Eve Afrique News, continued their representation of the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) on Day Two of the 2026 Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) Trade Mission in London, held on March 26, 2026.

Day Two of the trade mission featured the BCC Driving International Trade Conference, which took place at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster, London. The high-level conference brought together global business leaders, policymakers, and trade experts to advance discussions on international trade and economic diplomacy.

The programme included keynote addresses and panel discussions focusing on Britain’s global positioning, as well as sessions examining the United Kingdom–United States economic relationship.

Breakout sessions held under the theme “Rules, Regions & Resets” explored key areas such as global investment opportunities, Europe’s evolving trade landscape, and Nigeria’s strategic role as a gateway to West Africa.

Participants also engaged in strategic networking sessions aimed at strengthening international partnerships. The day’s activities concluded with a keynote on economic diplomacy in action and the official launch of the Diplomatic Advisory Hub.
