The National Union of Twon Brass Students has expressed gratitude to the Amadabo of Sambo Ama in Twon Brass Kingdom of Bayelsa State, HRH Samuel Sambo on the occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.
The students who expressed their heartfelt wishes for the monarch said he is a lover of the students’ community.
In a statement signed by its president, Comr. Princess Obuala, the union expressed gratitude for what they described as Sambo’s benevolence, in keeping to his promise of awarding educational scholarships to indigenes of the community.
The students prayed for God’s protection and prosperity for the traditional ruler and the people of Sambo whom he leads.
According to the statement: “On the occasion of HRH, Samuel Sambo, Sambo X, the Amadabo of Sambo Ama Twon Brass. We the entire student of Twon Brass extend our heartfelt wishes for sound health and happiness to His Majesty.
“With gratitude, we pray for the protection and prosperity of our beloved father and people under your sincere leadership.
“HRH who is the 10th Amadabo of Sambo Ama in Twon Brass is a visionary leader and a lover of the student community. He is an alumnus of Buckingham University and a lawyer by training. He heads the management team as the Chairman, Board of Directors, Irad Group of Companies.
“The entire student community expresses her gratitude for your immense benevolence towards us for matching words with action and fulfilling your promises of awarding scholarships to students from various families.”
