The Rivers State Ministry of Works has issued an invitation to pre-qualification for technical and commercial tender for Phase 2 of the Trans Kalabari Road project.
This phase will extend from Rumuolumeni to Tombia, covering areas in Obio Akpor and Degema local government areas of the state. This initiative reflects the commitment of Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s administration to accelerate development across Rivers State.
