In a notable development, Adokiye Ikpoki, Nigerian entrepreneur and business leader, will be appointed as the Sodangin Dutse by His Highness, the Emir of Dutse, Alhaji Muhammed Hamim Nuhu Sanusi, CFR.
The appointment, which underscores Adokiye Ikpoki’s love and dedication to the progress of the Dutse Emirate and Jigawa State, will be carried out on Thursday, April 18th.

Adokiye Ikpoki brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role as Sodangin Dutse. With a background in real estate and offshore marine services, he founded Chairborne Global Services, a company dedicated to providing engineering, procurement, and construction services to both international and indigenous oil and gas companies operating in Nigeria. Under his leadership, Chairborne has expanded its operations to include ownership of offshore marine assets such as vessels and barges.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Adokiye Ikpoki is actively involved in various organizations and initiatives aimed at driving positive change in Nigeria. He serves as Chairman of Advocate Insurance Brokers Limited and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ogoni Trust Fund of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project.
A distinguished alumnus of the University of Port Harcourt and the Lagos Business School, Ikpoki is recognized for his contributions to multiple industries and markets.
