Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Daniel Sokari-Pedro has been promoted to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police, DIG, the rank just below IG in the Nigerian Police Force.
Daniel Sokari-Pedro is from Rivers State, he is a disciplinarian who also served as Commandant of Police College, Ikeja.
He was once a head of research and planning department at Force Headquarters as a CP.
He now replace Jitiboh as South South’s DIG.
