A former University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital Director of Admin Boma Amaomu-Jumbo have been gruesomely Killed by her former gateman one John Danjuma on Tuesday in Port Harcourt
The Gateman who is from Nasarawa State came back from detention and slaughtered his employer to death. The culprit was already standing trial in respect of theft of the victim’s properties including cash.
An eyewitness, an in-law to the victim said the victim was murdered by her former Aboki security guard.
According to the eyewitness the victim was to testify against the culprit in court on Tuesday morning. Soon after he was granted bail by the Rivers State Magistrate Court hearing the case, he began to plot her elimination.
On Tuesday, he gained access to her resident at GRA by scaling the fence and squeezing through the guest room toilet of the house to strike.
Armed with a sharp machete, he lunched a surprise attack striking her neck and head severally times.
That same day, the suspect also killed the lady that recommended him to the deceased for employment.
Unfortunately for him , he was caught in the act while trying to escape with items stolen from the resident and the blood of the victim all over his body.
He has since confessed to committing both murders. He is presently held at SCID, Port Harcourt.
