Gov. Fubara Reappoints Hon. Aye Pepple as MD of Rivers State Signage and Advertisement Agency (RISAA)

Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara has reappointed Hon. Aye Pepple as the Managing Director of the Rivers State Signage and Advertisement Agency (RISAA).

The reappointment, announced on Monday in Port Harcourt, underscores the Governor’s confidence in Pepple’s leadership and his commitment to ensuring continued efficiency in the regulation and management of outdoor advertising and signage across the state.

Hon. Aye Pepple, who has previously served in the same capacity, is credited with initiating reforms that improved the agency’s operations, enhanced revenue generation, and promoted cleaner, more organized public spaces in Rivers State.

Governor Fubara expressed optimism that Pepple’s renewed mandate would further strengthen the agency’s role in supporting the state’s development agenda and promoting responsible advertising practices.
