A Rivers Landlord identified as Alabo allegedly cut his tenant one Mrs Comfort with a machete after she allegedly declined his offer when he asked her out.
The incident happened at Ekulobia street in Mile 2 Diobu Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital.
Mrs Comfort narrated that the Landlord (Alabo) had made love advances at her but when she declined his offers he started making trouble with her.
She said on a certain day he came out with machete, after a little exchange of word, he used the matchere to cut her on the head
When her husband came out to confront him the Landlord also used the machete to cut her husband’s hand, she said.
Both husband and wife are now hospitalized. While Alabo the Landlord is in police custody
