The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has partnered with the Renewed Hope Initiative to distribute ulesson tablets to schools across the nine states in the Niger Delta region. This initiative aims to enhance access to education for children and promote sustainable development.
During the launch and flag-off ceremony, the First Lady of Nigeria, H.E. Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, stressed the importance of education for children. She stated, “Every student in Nigeria deserves access to quality, free education, and the government is committed to providing the necessary resources to make this a reality. This initiative aligns with federal fiscal policy, which aims to create an innovative ecosystem.”
She praised the board and management for this initiative, highlighting how it will revolutionize education for underserved communities in the region and support President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
