Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Special Adviser to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Niger Delta Matters and Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has dispatched his team to Lagos to investigate reports of abandoned Aviation Delegates by a contractor.
Speaking on behalf of the Administrator, Mr. Lambert, the team head, emphasized Dr. Otuaro’s unwavering commitment and passion for the welfare of the Amnesty Delegates. He highlighted the Administrator’s dedication to ensuring that these delegates can positively impact society with their experience and achievements.
Mr. Lambert also noted that deliberate efforts have been made by the Administrator to ensure the proper functioning of all training centers. This initiative is aimed at facilitating the training exercises, which are expected to commence shortly.
