The Deeper Life Bible Church, Evorlu Group Port Harcourt and the family of late Mrs. Elizabeth Tonbra Ambakederemo who passed-on on the 30th of March, 2024 held a moving Service of Songs to honor the memory on the solemn evening of 9th August, 2024 at Lemaco Marquee in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The ambiance of the marquee was filled with somber yet reverent tones as family, colleagues, friends, school mates and members of the church gathered to pay their respects to the dearly departed Mrs. Elizabeth Tonbra Ambakederemo, Ph.D. (Née Sibe). The service was a poignant reflection of her life, marked by love, faith, and grace.
As the service unfolded, hymns, tributes and songs of comfort, resonated through the space, soothing the grieving hearts of the family she left behind and those in attendance. Each note seemed to carry memories of Mrs. Ambakederemo’s kind spirit and unwavering devotion to her faith and community.
Speakers from her family (children), church members, those she had impacted and her church members took turns sharing heartfelt tributes, recounting cherished moments and highlighting Late Mrs. Ambakederemo’s impact on those around her. Her legacy of quintessential mothering, devote Christianity, leadership, kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith shone brightly through the stories shared, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
The night was not only a commemoration of Mrs. Ambakederemo’s life but also a celebration of the profound legacy she left behind. Her dedication to her family, her church, and her community served as a guiding light for many, inspiring others to live with compassion and integrity.
Members of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Evorlu Port Harcourt, came together as a community, united in both grief and gratitude for the life of Mrs. Ambakederemo.
