Rivers Deputy Governor Represents Governor Fubara at Gen. Irabor’s 60th
ABUJA – Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu DSSRS, Deputy Governor of Rivers State, on Thursday represented Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara, who was Guest of Honour, at the unveiling of the book “Scars: Nigeria’s Journey and the Boko Haram Conundrum”.
The event, which marked the 60th birthday celebration of former Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Lucky Eluonye Onyenuchea Irabor (Rtd), CFR, NAM, FNSE, was held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, and attracted several notable Nigerians.
The book highlights Nigeria’s milestones and challenges, with the Boko Haram insurgency identified as one of the most defining threats to national security. It serves as a literary contribution to addressing the country’s multifaceted security concerns.
