The Rivers State House Assembly on Wednesday held Public Hearing on the N200bn supplementary budget for construction of the Port Harcourt Ring road project.
The State Commissioner for works Hon Dax George-Kelly who gave a description of the project said the N200bn ring road project would be completed in 36 months (3 years)
George Kelly also disclosed that the road which will commence from the UTC flyovers will cut across several Local Government Areas in Rivers State connecting the Riverine and upland together and would have 6 flovers and 1 bridge.
