Senate President Godswill Akpabio Felicitates NDDC MD Dr. Samuel Ogbuku on 50th Birthday

Abuja – The President of the Senate, His Excellency Godswill Akpabio, has congratulated the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.

In a goodwill message released on Tuesday, Senator Akpabio commended Dr. Ogbuku for his exemplary leadership and the transformational impact he has brought to the Commission since assuming office.

“I am proud of Dr. Ogbuku and what he has achieved at the NDDC for the good of our people,” Akpabio stated. “He has turned around the fortune of the Commission, and under his stewardship, the NDDC has experienced a new lease of life.”

The Senate President emphasized that his celebration of Dr. Ogbuku goes beyond the milestone age. “I am not just celebrating him for attaining the golden age but also for God’s goodness to the people of the Niger Delta through his leadership of the NDDC,” he said.

He further praised the MD’s dedication, noting that his legacy will stand as a testament to his commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region.

“The MD will be remembered for the legacies he would leave behind for the good people of the Niger Delta,” he added.

Senator Akpabio concluded by wishing Dr. Ogbuku a happy birthday and many more years of impactful service.
