The family of Late Mazi Solomon Okoro Ezuma Ukwu held the first memorial ceremony of their beloved mother Elder Lion (Mrs) Grace Ukwu in Port Harcourt.
The two days memorial ceremony also featured medical outreach and a Thanksgiving Service at on 24th June 2023 at Mary Slessor memorial Presbyterian Cathedral in Port Harcourt.
There was free screening for malaria, Blood Sugar, hepatitis B and C, Pregnancy Ulcer HIV, Physiotherapy, Ophthamological Service
400 people received medicated eye glassess, 50 people received electrocardiogram test, another 400 attended to and 70 pregnant women free ultrasound scan, deworming of 100 Children and medications were given to both adults and children.
Over 600 Bibles were also shared to all that attended the outreach and Thanksgiving ceremony which held the next day at the Mary Slessor Presbyterian Church, Churchill Road, Old Port Harcourt Township, Rivers State.
