Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has said there is no mountain God cannot make plain, saying that his administration does not need to fight any battle as God has taken over.

Speaking through his deputy, Prof. Mrs. Ngozi Odu at a Praise Night to mark the first year anniversary of his administration, at the Obi Wali International Conference Centre, Port Harcourt, on Friday, Governor Fubara noted that he believes that God has taken over the battle in the state and we are already victorious to the glory of God.

The governor stated that the expressions of the gospel artists during the praise night were not just musical outpouring but were both spiritual and prophetic in their ministrations as what God has done is always permanent.

“The good Lord has rolled away the stone, we shall continue to have this shared vision of putting Rivers State first.”

He emphasised that him and his team cannot do it by themselves, but will require that all Rivers people come together to support the administration in order to accomplish a greater and better Rivers State before the end of their first tenure.

Gov. Fubara acknowledged the unwavering support of his deputy as what affects any of them affects the other and asked the deputy, as a mark of honour, to speak on their behalf to Rivers people.

It was indeed an evening of praises unto God for His manifest hands upon Rivers State in the past one year with Buchi, Joe Praise, Ada Jesus, Sensational Bamidele, Peter Stone Cold, Preye Odede and a host of other gospel artists performing to the delight of all.
