The Tombia Development Crusaders (TDC), a coalition of professionals from Tombia, celebrated their 4th anniversary today. Founded in 2020 by Engr. Asafa Pokima, the group has grown to over 125 members, including notable figures such as Prof. Bene Willie Abbey, Chief Sir Dr. Bandele Agborubere, Hon. Dr. Sokonte Davies, Barr. Monima Stanley Idum, Dr. Tams Vibrant Taylor, Dr. Otokini George, Engr. Kuna Ikiba, and Dr. Owunari Perri.
The TDC is committed to enhancing the development of Tombia through targeted initiatives that aim to upgrade infrastructure and bridge gaps in essential services like roads, water, and electricity. Their mission also emphasizes improving education, stimulating economic growth, empowering entrepreneurs, and generating employment opportunities, Healthcare access and education are also key areas of focus for the TDC, which strives to improve medical facilities and services while fostering a culture of literacy within the community.
