All stakeholders are now invited to a meeting where the 2025 Rivers State Local Government Election timetable and guidelines will be unveiled.
The meeting is being convened by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC).
In a statement signed by the the Chairman/Chief Electoral Commissioner, Hon. Justice Adolphus Enebeli (Rtd), said the meeting will hold on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at RSIEC Headquarters, 239-243 Aba Road, Port Harcourt, by 2:00 PM prompt.
Those expected at the meeting, the statement said are leaders of registered political parties, traditional rulers, security agencies, religious organizations, media representatives, professional organizations, civil society groups, NGOs, community-based groups, and the electorate.
