E5 Energy Services Limited has announced two major strategic initiatives aimed at advancing healthcare innovation and sustainable infrastructure development in Nigeria.
As part of its commitment to supporting cutting-edge medical research, E5 Energy Services Limited will invest in ZEAB Therapeutic Ltd UK to accelerate the development of innovative therapies for colorectal cancer. The investment is expected to strengthen research and development efforts, bringing new hope in the fight against one of the world’s most prevalent forms of cancer.
Speaking during a media parley, the Managing Director of ZEAB Medical Centre-Nig and ZEAB Therapeutic Ltd UK, Dr. Bene Ekine-Afolabi, said the eco-tourism project, when completed, would elevate the riverine community into a vibrant tourist hub capable of competing with leading international destinations.

In a separate landmark initiative, E5 Energy Services Limited has agreed to partner with ZEAB Medical Centre-Nig to develop the Eco Tourism Centre, a project designed to promote sustainable tourism, economic growth, and community development in Rivers State.
Dr. Ekine-Afolabi further disclosed that E5 Energy Services Limited would leverage its technical expertise to develop a 10-megawatt (10MW) independent power system to provide reliable electricity for the eco-tourism centre and its surrounding facilities, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and supporting sustainable operations.
The dual partnerships underscore E5 Energy’s commitment to driving innovation across critical sectors, including healthcare, renewable energy, and sustainable infrastructure. By investing in life-saving medical research and supporting transformative community projects, the company continues to contribute to Nigeria’s long-term socio-economic development.
