The Chairman of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Rivers State Branch, Dr. (Prof.) Ureh Annabel Oparaodu, has led a delegation of the Association on a courtesy visit to Dr. Alabo Emi Membere-Otaji, MD, FNIN, DSSRS, MPON, OON, President of Dremo Foundation and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Excel EOH Group.
The visit formed part of the Association’s ongoing stakeholder engagements ahead of the forthcoming NMA Rivers Physicians’ Week 2026, scheduled to be held under the theme: “Securing the Future of Medicine in Nigeria.”
The engagement provided an opportunity for the NMA leadership to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and discuss issues relevant to the advancement of the medical profession and healthcare delivery in Rivers State.
The NMA Rivers State Branch expressed appreciation to Dr. Membere-Otaji for receiving the delegation and noted its commitment to sustained engagement and collaboration with stakeholders in the interest of the medical profession and the people of Rivers State.
