The Executive Chairman of Akuku-Toru Local Government Area Hon. Mrs Tonye Briggs-Oniyide DSSRS, FWASCA, on Monday hosted members of the Rivers State House of Assembly Committee on Local government Affairs, led by the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon. Timothy Orubienimigha Adolphus.
As part of their visit, the committee inspected several ongoing projects initiated by the Executive Chairman to assess the level of progress made within her first 100 days in office.
They were received on arrival by the Council Chairman, Vice Chairman and a host of other dignitaries.
