The Amanyanabo of Ogurama Community, HRH King Monima Evans Bille has extolled the leadership style of the Executive Chairman of Degema Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Agiriye Monima Harry, describing him as a silent achiever.
The traditional ruler, who made the remark while speaking with some stakeholders of the community, over the weekend, particularly thanked the Council Chairman for quickly addressing the power situation in the area, just within two months in office, after several months of blackout.
He stated that the Council Chairman has clearly shown that he came prepared to serve, and equally knows the challenges of the people, which he has already put measures in place to address, especially in the health sector, education, power and other areas.
King Bille equally lauded the DELGA Chairman for being equitable in the distribution of the Christmas and New Year largesse, by sending full cows and other complements to both Ogurama and Ke communities, which ordinarily would have shared the same items, based on their Ward 17 grouping.
The traditional ruler, while extending the gratitude of Ogurama people to the Council Chairman, expressed confidence in the Chairman’s ability to turn the LGA around positively, owing to his track records of achievements as well as his blueprint for the LGA.
He pledged the community’s unwavering support to the administration of Hon. Agiriye Harry, while wishing him a successful tenure in office.
