Eveafrique Advisory Board Congratulates Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji at 50th Anniversary, 35th Convocation Ceremony.
The University of Port Harcourt marked its golden jubilee and 35th convocation ceremony with the recognition of distinguished individuals who have made impactful contributions to society. Among the honourees was Chief Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji, MD, OON, DSSRS, a respected figure in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and public service.
Dr. Membere-Otaji was honoured for his exemplary commitment to human capacity development, philanthropic engagement, and continued support for the University of Port Harcourt and other institutions across both public and private sectors.
In a congratulatory message, the Advisory Board of Eveafrique commended the award, describing it as a fitting testament to Dr. Membere-Otaji’s legacy of service, excellence, and his sustained efforts in empowering individuals and strengthening institutions.
The event, held at the university’s main campus in Port Harcourt, was attended by dignitaries from across Nigeria, academic leaders, alumni, students, and members of the wider public who gathered to celebrate 50 years of academic excellence and societal impact.
