The Acting Administrator of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority, Dr. Tonte Davies said the Authority would continue to support the urban renewal programmes of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara’s led administration, to promote orderliness, conducive and decent environment for all residents of the State.
Dr. Davies said this today (16/01/25) in his office, in a meeting with the Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Ambassador Chijoke Ihunwo and some developers within the Greater Port Harcourt Area.
The Administrator emphasized that the essence of the meeting was to discuss some of the contending issues affecting physical development, especially along the Tam David-West boulevard. 
Dr Davies also maintained that a robust interface would engender peaceful coexistence and harmonious relationship among stakeholders, to fastrack development.
