NDDC’s Hon. Boma Iyaye Receives Eve Afrique News Heart of Gold Award
Alabo (Hon.) Boma Iyaye Esq., DSSRS, Executive Director of Finance and Administration at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has been honored with the prestigious Eve Afrique News Heart of Gold Award. The presentation took place on August 12, 2025, at the NDDC headquarters.

The award, formally dated May 18, 2025, was bestowed in recognition of Hon. Iyaye’s outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the Niger Delta region, his exceptional leadership, and his unwavering service to the community. Ivy Davies Etokakpan, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Eve Afrique News, personally presented the honor.
In addition to celebrating his leadership, the award highlights Hon. Iyaye’s commitment to youth empowerment and his efforts to create opportunities for young people across the region. He has been instrumental in fostering a nurturing environment for the Niger Delta’s youth, helping them forge a path of hope, growth, and prosperity.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon.
