PLEDGE OF “NOISELESS” RE-ELECTION VICTORY FOR PRESIDENT TINUBU IN RIVERS
Governor Siminalayi Fubara has declared that Rivers State will deliver a resounding victory for President Bola Tinubu in 2027 through strategic action rather than political drama or “noise-making.”
Speaking during the New Year crossover service at the Government House Chapel of Everlasting Grace on Wednesday night, the Governor emphasised a shift away from loud political confrontation toward a more peaceful and calculated form of electoral performance.
“We will continue to give that support, not by noise or threat,” Governor Fubara told the congregation. “We will assure the good people, in a peaceful and understanding manner, that Tinubu will have our overwhelming electoral support in Rivers State come 2027.”
The Governor urged supporters not to be distracted by “stories or sounds of war,” advising them instead to remain quiet and attentive to spiritual guidance for the year ahead.
Governor Fubara credited the President’s support as a key reason for his administration’s continued stability, stating, “The man who stood by us, the man who made it possible for us to still stand here to say 2026, here we come, we will continue to give that support.”
The Governor reaffirmed that under his watch, the state would focus on delivering the dividends of democracy to ensure safety and progress for all residents while quietly securing the President’s second-term mandate.
