Rivers National Assembly Caucus Mourns Rep. Abiante’s Wife, Praises Her Impact on Community
Members of the Rivers State Caucus in the National Assembly have extended heartfelt condolences to Rep. Awaji-Inombek Dagomie Abiante, representing Andoni/Opobo-Nkoro Federal Constituency, following the death of his wife, Agnes Nwakaewgo Abiante.
In a statement jointly signed by Senators Barry Mpigi, Allwell Onyesoh, Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, and House members including Rt. Hon. Kingsley Chinda, Rt. Hon. Dumnamene Dekor, and others, the caucus described the deceased as a remarkable woman whose warmth, kindness, and strength positively influenced both her family and the wider Rivers State community.
The caucus highlighted Mrs. Abiante’s role not only as a supportive spouse and mother but also as an active participant in social and community initiatives, noting that her contributions touched countless lives across the state.
