The Rivers State Government is set to commission the newly completed, state-of-the-art Zonal Hospital in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area.
The modern healthcare facility, constructed under the administration of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, is expected to bring improved and accessible healthcare services closer to residents of the Orashi region and surrounding communities.
The commissioning ceremony is scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Zonal Hospital, Omoku.

The facility will be officially commissioned by His Eminence, Barr. (Dr.) Nwachukwu Obuoha Obi III, the Oba of Ogbaland.
