Tinubu’s Policies Have Transformed Education Sector – Ogbogu

The Chairman of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area (ONELGA), Hon. Chukwu Ogbogu Shedrack, has said that the Federal Government, under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has transformed the education sector of the country through visionary leadership and education-friendly policies.

Ogbogu, who stated this in his speech at the 19th–23rd Combined Convocation Ceremony of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, noted that the Federal Government has significantly transformed the education sector at all levels nationwide.

He also used the fora to restate his administration’s unwavering commitment to promoting and supporting educational development within ONELGA, and welcomed the Honourable Minister of Education, Morufu Olatunji Alausa, and the Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, to ONELGA.

He emphasized that his administration would move beyond ceremonial participation and actively partner with the institution to advance and sustain the vision and ideals behind its establishment.

Ogbogu expressed appreciation to the College for the invitation and encouraged the management to engage his office whenever support is required.

He congratulated the recipients of honorary awards and the graduating students on the successful completion of their academic programmes.

He concluded by specially acknowledging the Honourable Minister of Education, the Governor of Rivers State and his Deputy, members of the College Governing Council, senior government officials, members of the College Management Board, the revered Oba of Ogba Land, His Eminence, Nwachukwu S. Nnam Obuoha Obi III, and his Council of Chiefs, as well as the good people of ONELGA for their impressive turnout at the ceremony.

The Chairman’s entourage included the Chief Whip of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Nwabochi Uchenna Franklin.
