The gate of Pinemanor International school located at No. 3 Deborah Lawson Close Rotimi Amaechi Drive in Port Harcourt was decimated by thugs on 7th July Friday night following orders of the proprietor of Norwegian International School Adaeze Udensi, to annihilate the gate allegedly.
The Pinemanor International school which is located in Deborah Lawson Close Rotimi Amaechi Drive shares a fence partition with the Norwegian International School no. 11 Rotimi Amaechi Drive, GRA PHASE 3.
In a Letter dated 3rd July 2023, the lawyers to Norwegian International School owned by Adaeze Udensi who is also the Managing Director of Titan Bank, had written to the proprietor of Pinemanor International school Nwogu Juliana Nneka given the School fourteen days ultimatum to remove the gate at the Deborah Lawson Close alleging that the inches of the gate with the name and logo of Pinemanor International school was encroaching on their side of the fence. Before the incident, Pinemanor International school had changed the gate of Deborah Lawson Close to the appreciation of the three landlords of the Deborah Lawson Close and engrave the School name and logo because the old gate was out of shape.
The Norwegian International School which is not in the Deborah Lawson Close but has a fence partition with the Close and its dormitory at Royal Crescent off Prof Abowei street directly opposite Deborah Lawson Close.
However, on Friday night the lawyers (who the Security man of Pinemanor School identified) of Norwegian International School alongside thugs and police officers went to Deborah Lawson Close and annihilated the gate with the Pinemanor International school inscription and allegedly beat up the School Security guard at the gate and created a doors entrance at the same spot the dismantled gate was.
Meanwhile, Pinemanor School Proprietor Nwogu Juliana Nneka, said that Pinemanor is 10 years this year and its dormitory is 5 years and the gate has been in existence for over 15years. Front gate was built by a neighbor Engr Telema Princewill.
