Wike Appoints Nancy Nathan As Acting FCTA Head Of Service

Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), has appointed Nancy Sabanti Nathan as the acting head of service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

The appointment follows the death of Grace Adayilo, the former head of service, last week.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Public Communications and Social Media.
According to the statement, Nathan’s appointment is in an acting capacity, pending the naming of a substantive head of service.

Until her appointment, Nathan was the permanent secretary in charge of the Youth Development Secretariat of the FCTA. She previously served as director of finance and administration in the office of the FCT minister before her elevation to permanent secretary.

The statement noted that her appointment takes immediate effect.
